In Year Applications

For transfers from another school to one of our current classes, you will need to complete the In Year Transfer Form below and return this to the Anker Valley school office either by email: office@ankervalley.org or by post: Anker Valley Primary Academy, Brooklime Way, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B79 0FD.

Prior to making your application, we welcome and encourage visits to the school, in order for you to meet the Head of School and class teacher and have a tour of the school building. 

You can expect to receive a written response to your application within 10 school days.
