Hello Yellow
The children have come to school today wearing something yellow with their uniform for World Mental Health Day.
This morning Mrs Free led an assembly about the importance of talking about our feelings and emotions. The children identified who they could reach out to if needed to and shared how they could keep their minds and bodies healthy. We finished the assembly with some Rainbow Breathing.
